Akhnoor : Two Army men were killed in a suspected Improvised Explosive Device explosion on Tuesday, an incident which is suspected to be near the Line of Control in Jammu district. They died in an IED explosion when they were carrying out routine fence patrol at Laleali area in the Akhnoor Sector.
The White Knight Corps of the Army confirmed the incident on X (formerly Twitter), saying that the explosion occurred during a fence patrol operation. Military forces have secured the area and launched extensive search operations in response to the incident. The White Knight Corps paid tribute to the fallen soldiers, acknowledging their supreme sacrifice in the line of duty.Officials are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the blast, with more details expected to emerge as the search operation continues.
