With the new developments in Gulmarg attack in Kashmir, reports suggest that two Army personnel and two civilian porters have been killed in the attack on Thursday evening.
The ambush took place Botapather area in Gulmarg of Baramulla district in Kashmir Valley when an Army vehicle was on a routine movement. The incident took place near Line of Control (LoC) which suggests that it might be a case of infiltration.
However reports stated that four persons including two Army soldiers and two porters were killed during the ambush. Two other soldiers are stated to be injured and under treatment. This comes as a new strategy by the terrorists who were earlier active in Jammu division.
There have been multiple attacks in Kashmir especially on non-local labourers. The recent one took place in Ganderbal district on workers employed by a construction company at Z-Morh tunnel.
