Jammu in the recent times witnessed series of rainy days that did not let the mercury to soar beyond a limit giving respite to the residents of Jammu from hot weather conditions that are witnessed in Jammu during this time of the year.
The weather in Jammu for next 5 days suggest that there will be no rainfall but the temperature will reach nearly 34 degree by next Wednesday.
Weather in Jammu remained bearable during the past recent times due to the continuous western disturbances that hit the region causing rain, thunderstorm and even snow in the upper reaches of Jammu and Kashmir.
Temperature in Jammu on Saturday is expected to reach 32 degree with hazy sky giving way to clouds on Sunday and temperature dipping to 29 degree. On Monday, the temperature will hit 33 degree with hazy sky.
However on Tuesday, even as the weather would dip to 30 degree, there is a high possibility of a thunderstorm that would hit Jammu city. But the temperature is expected to reach 34 degree on Wednesday that will be the maximum temperature in Jammu for the week.
Even the farmers in the region who are waiting for their wheat crop to be harvested are wary of a thunderstorm or heavy rains that could cost them a lot. During the present lockdown in entire country, the farmers are not able to pay any attention to their crop.
