As the weather has improved in Jammu and Kashmir, the Directorate of School Education has ordered that the classes in schools will not begin before September 9 (Tuesday).
The head of the institutions and staff have been asked to resume their working in schools from September 8 and prepare the institutions for the offline classes from September 9.
Many residents had questions as to when the weather has improved, why the classes will not begin from Monday. It is important for the school administration to take stock if there are any damages to the walls or structure of the schools so that there is no danger to the well being of the students.
This is the reason that the schools will remain closed for more days.
