The first result of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) has gone in the favour of National Conference (NC) with the party candidate Abdul Wahid winning the Bhimbat constituency.
He defeated BJP, Congress and an independent candidate. Wahid polled 1947 votes against 1895 of Talib Hussain of Congress. BJP candidate Bilal Ahmed got only 103 votes.
