Dalai Lama, the highest spiritual leader of Tibet, will pay a visit to the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh next week. He will travel to Jammu on July 14 and Ladakh the following day.
The Buddhist guru hasn’t made such a trip in last two years from his home in Himachal Pradesh’s Dharamshala.
The Buddhist leader celebrated his birthday on Wednesday with a huge celebrations in Dharamshala and Delhi. He was also greeted by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and numerous state Chief Ministers.
Dalai Lama will spend over a month in Ladakh.
