Woman thief arrested by Srinagar Police, Rs.23.46 lakh recovered

The Srinagar police on Saturday recovered Rs.23.46 Lakh from a woman thief and arrested her.
The Police wrote on X; “Srinagar Police recovers stolen money to the tune of Rs. 23,46,000 from accused namely Nusrat Nisar wife of Nisar Ahmad Kuchay resident of Barsoo Awantipora”.
“Case Fir No: 69/2024 u/s 454,380 IPC stands registered in PS Saddar & accused has been arrested”.
Further investigation is going on, police added.
