Vijay Saraf, prominent businessman of Jammu and officiating secretary of Amar Singh Club has resigned from his post citing swindling in recently held elections of the club.
Saraf shot off his resignation letter to the Divisional Commissioner who is also the vice president of Amar Singh Club.
