PM Modi in J&K on 24th to launch of various industrial investments and developmental projects

Jammu and Kashmir is all set to welcome Prime Minister Narendra Modi on April 24th.

During the upcoming visit of Modi to Palli Panchayat in Samba to commemorate ‘National Panchayati Raj Diwas’, he will also launch various industrial investments worth Rs. 70,000 crore in J&K.

Samba near Jammu will witness a major rally which will be addressed by PM Modi. The rally will be attended by thousands of Panchayat members on the occasion of Panchayati Raj Day.

While some big announcements with regard to PRI representatives are expected, the UT administration too has lined up its big and ambitious projects for the Prime Minister to initiate or launch on this occasion.

Meanwhile, police authorities in Kathua district recently reviewed the security situation and called for strengthening of the border area PM’S visit to Palli village of nearby Samba district is scheduled and he will address a public meeting which is likely to be attended by over 30,000 panchayat members from across the Union Territory.

Spokesman informed that all participants have been ordered to strengthen the border security grid, National highway Grid and city Grid as well as advised to enhance patrolling and strengthen inter-state checking points. He said that the officers were also directed to enhance patrolling and intensify vehicle checking.
