GOC-in-C Northern Command, Lt. General Upendra Dwivedi and Director General of J&K Police RR Swain today discussed bolstering security across Jammu and Kashmir amid the upcoming winters when the infiltration routes of terrorists will get covered under the snow.
Both officers discussed about enhanced coordination between the forces, plans for zero tolerance to terror and security and administrative arrangements amid the upcoming winters.
