Pandemic set a new record in Jammu and Kashmir with seven deaths including 5 from Jammu and 2 from Kashmir and 5992 new cases being reported on Thursday.
According to the official release, Jammu witnessed 1920 cases whereas Kashmir region witnessed 4072 new Covid cases that is maximum in a single day during the third wave of the pandemic.
While the J&K administration claims to be working against the third wave, it seems that the night curfew and weekend lockdown are doing no good for general public. The administration of J&K has failed even this time to thwart the third wave of the pandemic.
