Jammu and Kashmir Congress Leader and former MLC, Vikramaditya Singh said that he has tendered his resignation from the primary membership of the Indian National Congress Party to the National President, Sonia Gandhi.
As per reports, he said that the Congress party has failed to realize aspirations of the people of J&K and Ladakh. He said that the party remains disconnected from ground realities and is unable to make the necessary changes to keep up with the emerging scenarios.
