An enquiry initiated after the death of some patients at ASCOMS Batra hospital in Jammu has so far not been made public.
Financial commissioner, Health and Medical Education J&K had appointed Divisional Commissioner Jammu Dr Raghav Langer as enquiry officer to enquire into the circumstances leading to incident that occurred at ASCOMS Jammu wherein some patients died due to alleged shortage of oxygen.
While the incident took place on May 1 at Batra hospital and the enquiry committee was formed thereafter, the administration has so far not made the report public raising eyebrows.
The delay in making the enquiry report public has also raised many questions about the seriousness of J&K government regarding deaths due to alleged negligence by big hospitals.
