Lakshay Singhal today assumed the charge of Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Nubra in district Leh of Ladakh.

Lakshay is an IAS officer of Arunachal Pradesh-Goa-Mizoram and Union Territory (AGMUT) cadre of batch 2019.
