A PDD lineman from Central Kashmir’s Budgam district who had fallen from an electric poll at Rajpora area of Pulwama district died after fighting for his life for 11 days at a hospital on Saturday, officials informed.
As per reports, Bashir Ahmad, who was father of five daughters and a son was admitted to the hospital after he fell from an electric pole at Sikloo Rajpora in Pulwama district.

A doctor at SMHS hospital here confirmed to GNS the death of Bashir Ahmad and said that he had serious head injury.
