In a tragic accident near Chini Nallah along Zojila road last night nine people lost their lives.
Officials said that atleast nine people died while another one was critically injured after a vehicle skidded off the road near Chini Nallah on Zojila Pass along Srinagar-Leh highway.
As per officials, Tavera bearing registration number JK12-7466 heading towards Srinagar from Kargil fell down into the nallah, after the driver purportedly lost control over the vehicle. On receiving information, police launched a rescue operation at the site.
