Official of Legislative Assembly suspended by J&K government

Subash Chander, W&W Man of the J&K Legislative Assembly has been placed under suspension with immediate effect, in terms of Rule 31 of Jammu & kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956 owing to non-compliance of Government Order No. 1051-JK(GAD) of 2021 dated 06. 10.2021.
An order stated “During the period of suspension, the official shall remain attached in the Civil Aviation Department”.
