Directorate of School Education, Jammu has taken serious note of principals, ZEOs and headmasters making direct correspondence with higher authorities bypassing the District Education Officers.
In a circular issued, the Directorate of School Education has stated, “It has been observed that the Principal of Higher Secondary Schools/ ZEOs/Headmasters of School Education Department of Jammu Division are making direct correspondence with higher authorities viz Administrative Department/Director School Education by-passing the District Education Officers i.e, Chief Education Officer”.
This act has been viewed seriously. Accordingly, it is enjoined upon all the Principals of Hr. Sec. Schools/ZEOS/ Headmasters to desist from such practice in future and route all their correspondence through CEO of the concerned district, the circular states.
