In an encounter between security forces and terrorists in Nowgam area of Srinagar on Wednesday, police of Jammu and Kashmir informed that three terrorists have been killed.
“Encounter has started in Nowgam area of Srinagar. Police and security forces operation underway,” Kashmir Zone Police said in a Tweet.
The gunfight broke out after the security forces cordoned the area following a tip off about the presence of terrorists.
