It seems that the government of Jammu and Kashmir along with police have shut their eyes towards the gross violation of social distancing by liquor vends in Jammu that have become operational.
A large number of people were seen at a liquor vend in Gole Market area of Gandhi Nagar, Jammu where no social distancing norms were being followed. The booze lovers were standing close to each other without any fear of Covid.
While the government of J&K has been making tall claims about the arrangements and law enforcement in regard to Covid norms, it seems that the wine shops were are not being monitored by government agencies where people are on a risk of contracting virus and spreading it elsewhere.
